A pictorial logo case study for a Hungarian bakery.

The Idea
A quick sketch, that shows burning flames and a bread, organised in a circle, like a stamp.

Clean logo version
A cleaned up version made in Illustrator.
(The text says Fire Bread.)

Fairy logo version
A re-imagination of the previous design, but this time focusing on that it is a female run business

Re-naming the brand
The first logo design, updated with the new name. (the name means Fiery Bread. Fiery here means passionate, quick-witted)

The combination of the two ideas
First version of two design combined. The fire on top of the head shows up like a tiara.

Bread mockup 1.
This version works for it's simplicity. Clean simple lines, the fire and the bread feels naturally combined in the circle.

Bread mockup 2.
The text on the black hair seamed like a good idea at first, but would lose some readability on some occasions.

Bread bag, white logo
The white version of the first logo idea would also work on a darker background.

Bread bag with the fairy
The second logo version on a light brown bread bag. Doesn't have to be this big, but the lips should stay red.

Fairy logo with different hair
An idea to lighten up the hair a little bit. We agreed not to proceed with this as it's complexity doesn't work as a logo. As an illustration it might be used later on.

Stamp mockup with Fairy logo
Stamps doesn't always come out super clean, but with the black hair it could still work. The red lips would need a different stamp, and for readability the text too.

Stamp mockup with the clean logo
Depending on the quality of the stamp, the thickness of the lines could be increased and the font changed for readability.
